A mobile perfume bar is a traveling fragrance experience where guests create their own custom perfume using luxury fragrance oils. Aura Privée brings the full setup—including scent bar, blending tools, bottles, and packaging—directly to your event or venue.

Our workshops are interactive, guided experiences where guests learn to blend and bottle their own fragrances. Minimum 15 guests.
The mobile perfume bar is a more express setup perfect for larger events or activations. Minimum 30 guests.

Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or schedule a call—we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way. Our setup includes A curated fragrance bar with 12–24 luxury scent oils, Blending tools + droppers, bottles (10ml, 15ml or 30ml depending on the package) labels + custom naming, Gift packaging, Fragrance specialist(s) to guide guests and full table décor + display styling.

We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance for private events, 4-8 weeks in advance for weddings and corporate events -- especially for weekends and peak seasons. Last-minute bookings may be available depending on schedule and may incur a fee.

Yes! You can choose a specific theme (fresh + clean, floral garden, warm + sexy, tropical, holiday scents, etc.) or we can curate a custom selection based on your event vibe.

We can accommodate small groups to large-scale events, depending on staffing and setup. For high-volume events, additional specialists can be added to increase guest flow.

We typically need an area that allows for 6- 8ft scent bar, Access to an outlet (optional but helpful). we request at least 1.5 hours for setup and 1.5 hours for breakdown to ensure a smooth experience.
